David was born in Tuscaloosa, AL, graduated high school in Fayetteville, AR, and graduated from Mississippi State University. Spending time in these college towns helped feed his unhealthy obsession with SEC sports, particularly football. He is now in his fourth year at Reformed Theological Seminary and his fourth year working with college students at Millsaps and First Pres. In the summer of 2010, David outkicked his coverage and married Lauren Babbitt. Lauren is from Boulder, CO, she graduated college from Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, and she worked as an intern with Reformed University Fellowship at Ole Miss for three years. Lauren is now on staff with the youth ministry at First Pres. and is the volleyball at Jackson Prep. David and Lauren are loving married life and they live in the Belhaven neighborhood - across the street from Millsaps and a 100 yards from First Pres. They love having college students over to play wii, Settlers of Catan, baggo, ping-pong or watch college football, 30 Rock, and LOST. Sam moved to Jackson from Oxford, MS, where he worked for two years as an intern with RUF at Ole Miss. He was born in Dublin, Ireland, and moved to the states with his family when he was four. Upon graduating from Brentwood High School (Just south of Nashville, TN), he attended the University of Georgia and graduated with degrees in History and Business. This past summer, Sam married his best friend Anne Kendrick. Sam is in his third year at Reformed Theological seminary and Anne works with the youth ministry at First Presbyterian Church.  Sam and Anne live right across the street in the Belhaven neighborhood. They love hanging out with college students, so feel free to stop by and visit!  When they are not at work or on campus, you can find them playing and watching sports, board games or grilling out on the back patio.
